About This Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate – Fund Accountant, you will support the delivery of fund accounting and valuation services across a portfolio of alternative investment funds. You will work closely with internal teams to process transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and respond to operational and internal enquiries.
At Senior Associate level, the role includes additional responsibility for reviewing work, supervising junior team members, and supporting the overall quality and timeliness of fund deliverables.
Reporting to: Account Manager (or equivalent)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Fund Accounting & Valuations
- Process security, cash, and corporate action transactions for fund portfolios
- Perform daily, monthly, and periodic portfolio valuations
- Reconcile portfolio positions between brokers, custodians, and in-house systems
- Prepare and review financial statements as required
Operational & Regulatory Support
- Ensure timely and accurate portfolio calculations in line with fund specifications
- Support compliance with regulatory and client reporting requirements
- Perform detailed reviews of portfolio calculations, including for digital asset and Web3 funds
Internal Collaboration & Team Support
- Respond to internal and client-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the fund accounting team
- Supervise and train junior fund accounting staff (Senior Associate level and above)
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline, or currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
- Experience in fund accounting, audit, or a related financial services role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with fund accounting systems (e.g. Paxus) is an advantage.

- Prior experience supporting digital asset, Web3, or complex alternative investment funds.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
