Client Services Manager (United States)
Job description
As a Client Services Manager – Fund Solutions at The Ascent Group, you will lead the delivery of fund administration services for U.S.-based hedge fund and private equity clients. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, oversee service quality, and help grow our U.S. operations. Working closely with global teams, you’ll manage NAV reviews, financial reporting, and onboarding processes, while also supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior staff. This role is ideal for an experienced fund administrator ready to step into a leadership position.
- Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications are preferred. 5–7 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of U.S. fund structures are essential. Familiarity with fund accounting systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Job description

Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred.
