Client Services Manager (United States)

Job description


As a Client Services Manager – Fund Solutions at The Ascent Group, you will lead the delivery of fund administration services for U.S.-based hedge fund and private equity clients. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, oversee service quality, and help grow our U.S. operations. Working closely with global teams, you’ll manage NAV reviews, financial reporting, and onboarding processes, while also supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior staff. This role is ideal for an experienced fund administrator ready to step into a leadership position.


  • Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications are preferred. 5–7 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of U.S. fund structures are essential. Familiarity with fund accounting systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Client Services Associate / Senior Associate (Hong Kong)

Job description


As a Associate / Senior Associate in Client Services at The Ascent Group, you will serve as the main point of contact for fund administration matters for clients in Hong Kong and the region. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating outputs prepared by the accounting team, ensuring deliverables are accurate and compliant. The role offers exposure to a wide range of funds, including hedge funds, private equity, and crypto, with the title depending on your experience. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and support client onboarding and operational improvements as we expand in Asia.

  • Requirements: Candidates should hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in fund administration, audit, or private equity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fund accounting tools is essential. Strong communication, analytical, and client servicing skills are expected. Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred.
