Joy’s representative experience includes advising on Asia’s first open ended tokenized fund, Asia’s first closed ended tokenized fund and securing the first approval from Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission for a 100% virtual assets fund that permits subscriptions and redemptions to be effected in the form of virtual assets.Joy is recognized as “Up and Coming” in Investment Funds by Chambers 2021 and was named a “Rising Star” in 2022 by China Business Law Journal as one of 20 young elite lawyers from international firms engaged in China-related business.

Over the last 4 years, Lin Chen has led Deribit Business Development in Asia, onboarding a wide range of institutional clients and partners in crypto derivative space. Previously she worked for a crypto options Market Maker and kickstarted a Fintech company in China successfully secured VC investments. She graduated from Cambridge University in the UK with a degree in Mathematics.

Vanessa is active connecting inbound and outbound investment funds globally.For digital assets (incl. crypto, DeFi, Mining, NFT, Metaverse etc.),shesupports fund managers from big names to startups, to launch offshore funds in different jurisdictions including Cayman, BVI, Singapore, and Jersey, with various types including hedge funds, FoF, Crypto VC, hybrid funds. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a master degree in English Language and Literature.
